Tips for Recognizing Hunger and Fullness
  1. Ask yourself “What does hunger feel like?”
  2. Prepare ahead with healthy foods, or take a healthy snack along with you.
  3. Eat slowly so that your body can tell your brain that you are full.
  4. Limit alcohol with meals.
  5. When you decide to finish eating, do a physical action to show that you are done like pushing your plate away or saying “I’m done.”

Quote of the Week
