We discuss he and friend of the podcast Ray Zahab's recent expedition to cross Ellesmere Island.  Polar bears, wolves and a long, cold, challenging expedition. We also delve into Kevin's background of racing and what lead hime to attempting some of the amazing feats he's done in the past. We explore what it takes to build the mental toughness required to persevere in these challenging situations and also the lighter side of laughing at misfortune.
