When we get on the detox journey for healthier living, we are putting necessary nutrients and minerals back into our bodies. Chris does a wonderful job explaining how minerals also play a role in helping our physical and spiritual bodies connect/reconnect. As we detox from the trauma and RF, our body tells us what it needs replenished. That's God talkin! We learn what nutrients and minerals have been depleted by trauma and RF so we can get the necessary supplements for a season or so. Once we are fully detoxed, as long as we maintain a healthy diet, we shouldn't need all that supplementation daily. With the exception of a good multivitamin with B vitamins when eating gluten-free.
