Marilla leaves her ladies' meeting feeling good, happy that there will be tea and a roaring fire waiting for her now that Anne's in her life. However, when she gets home, Anne isn't there and nothing is started. Later, she goes to Anne's room to find Anne hiding out in her bed. Anne's not wanting to come out at first but eventually shows Marilla her hair. Which is green. Apparently, a peddler came…
