My name is Viviana Morales Kolb. Most people call me "V" or "Viv." I am a 12 and half year Army Veteran. I served in the Army from 2004-2016. In the military I was a Preventive Medicine Specialist and for the last 2 years that I served, I was a Drill Sergeant at Fort Jackson, SC. I've always been drawn to the topics of health and wellness. I started really getting into lifting weights about 6 years ago and have been on the journey to physical and mental strength since. I am a certified personal trainer and work with in-person clients as well as online. I really enjoy seeing the transformations of those individuals that I have the opportunity to work with.
