Carrying on Coff's Memory

Sam is a US Army Veteran, Special Education Teacher in Seattle, and an Autism Specialist. Sam served with Chris Coffland, who CAL is founded in memory of. She initiated the creation of the Coffland Hero Challenge (WOD). Today, she resides in Seattle, and is an active member of the CrossFit community. We are thankful for her continuous contribution to Coff’s memory by advocating for Catch A Lift, and all the veterans we still have to serve.
