Behind the Scenes at CAL with Gym/Grant Coordinator

Rachel is CAL’s Gym/Grant Coordinator and is currently a senior at Towson University. In this episode, we will discuss Rachel’s role with CAL, how she stays inspired daily to aid veterans throughout our country. Rachel will also discuss her recent Crossfit Certification, and how fitness has played a huge role in her life.
