A pioneer within female leadership in the military

Monica is an intel analyst who served as Battalion Commander in both Austin, Texas and Regional Command East, Afghanistan. Monica served as the Battalion Commander for Christopher Coffland, who Catch A Lift was founded in memory of. Today, Monica is finishing up her Masters in Analytics from Texas A&M, and she runs a business called Five Star Analytics. We are so thankful for her time to tell us about how she was a pioneer for women in leadership positions in the military, all of us at CAL believe that makes her truly #CALSTRONG.
