Behind the Scenes at CAL with our Social Media Director

Lara is a US Navy Veteran, Managing Director of Annapolis Center for Restorative Medicine, and the Social Media Director for CAL. Lara comes from a military family, where her son served as a US Marine. Since her service, Lara has stayed busy with all things medicine and health, helping promote healthier lifestyles in her peers and patients. In her spare time, Lara enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog.
