Secret of NIMH

This week Caitlin and Ira stop by the farm to discuss the environmentally literate, rat-loving adventure known as the Secret of NIMH. Don Bluth’s beautiful animated fantasy is from 1981; one of the last years it was totally ok to make deeply weird and upsetting movies for kids. Keep an eye out for a few drops of cartoon blood.
