As summer comes to a close and back-to-school approaches, the Carolina Outdoors looks back on adventures of the season with Granger Bartee, a recent high school graduate with a busy schedule. Looking for an adventure closer to home? Tune in to learn more about the family-friendly activities Granger was able to find in the Carolinas, including rodeos and mud runs.



Segment Highlights:



  • The Southern Rodeo Association travels through the Carolinas, Virginia, Tennessee, and more, hosting rodeos at local venues.

  • Locations like Concord, NC, Rock Hill, SC, and Albemarle, NC are upcoming stops on the rodeo circuit this fall.

  • Granger also attended the Ohana Mud Run in Morganton, NC. This family-friendly mud run includes obstacles, mud ponds, and hills to climb.
