•  The only way to Follow Jesus is Totally
• The reason why you haven’t seen the best version of you is because you keep looking for Short Cuts/Easy Route
• If I want something I’ve never had, then I need to do something I’ve never done
• Your Life Would Be Better 

1. Thinking More about Self than following Jesus 
2.  More Concerned with Satisfying other Obligations before following Jesus
3.  More Concerned about Family than having a Relationship with Christ

• Jesus doesn’t want to be just On Your List, He wants to be at the Top of Your List

1)     Be Decisive In Following Him – Luke 9:23 – “Then Jesus said to all of them, If any one wants to come after me…”

2)     Put Aside Your Personal Desires – Luke 9:23 – “Let him deny himself”

3)     Be Willing to Suffer For Him – Luke 9:23 – “…and take up his cross daily”

4)     Lose to Gain – Matthew 16:25 – “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake, will find it

5)     Understand That Our Goals are Spiritual and Not Material – Matthew 16:26 – “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?  Or what shall a man give in return for his soul.
