Is EQ Worth It

Is EQ Worth it? I make the case for NO... It's a call back to my naive EQ post from back in March as things were heating up. I also touch on "Can DISC styles/personality CHANGE?". It's all connected by SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL EVENTS.
