Representative Attica Scott, Champion for the People and Candidate for Congress

In this episode, we speak with one of our heroines, Kentucky Representative Attica Scott. We are inspired by a woman, named after a prison rebellion, who has lived up to her name, living her life determined to set folks free!

We learn how a woman can be a tree, rooted deep by a river, connected and caring for a community that she watches over, and what the Trinity of Family, Faith, and Furtherance can create.

Because of Attica Scott, we found the South will rise - or raise- the minimum wage, that Voting, Choice, Healthcare are human rights and how the Green New Deal will help everyone...yes- especially you!

Today, We get to know one of the rarest of phenomenons...a person of humble integrity, intelligence, and love who truly longs to serve the needs and hopes of people in her community.

She is creating a circle that includes all people because Freedom is Attica's namesake.
