“It’s a lot of solving things after the fact,” Brittany says. “In the past two years, I’ve had to hire, I’ve had to fire, I’ve had to have really hard conversations. I’ve had contractors who were not a good fit leave and it was not a good situation. I’ve had to fire clients who were not a good fit out of values… our family can’t afford for me to give up on this, so I just had to figure it out. There wasn’t another option.”
