That’s right! On this first episode of a three-part series, Hostion and Andrea will be interviewing two guests - Akari, an immigrant from Japan and Stanley, an immigrant from Malaysia. They’ll talk about being single and dating in their new country, the pressures that came to be involved while adjusting to the dominant Canadian culture, how movies sold them an idea of what western dating life was like and how their experiences led them to find confidence in themselves and contentment for the future.
