The No Contact Rule - Their Karma is That They Lost YOU!

I believe the no contact rule should be established after every and any breakup, but it's specifically important for toxic seperations with toxic people.

I understand that shared homes, children and marriages often mean you can't go no contact, in which case I'd say aim for reduced contact where possible.
