Everything starts with the breath.

Mindful breathing meditation  is a foundational practice that helps you train your awareness, reduce your stress response and cultivate calm.

Paying attention on purpose, in the present moment and without judgement; these are the ingredients of some really important work within ourselves. It may look passive , but sitting still with your eyes closed,  paying attention to your breath and noticing the physical sensations of breathing, is not passive at all. Becoming your own observer and cultivating an ability to focus and expand your observational capacity is some serious work with some equally serious benefits.

In this guided session we explore breath and engage in a mindful breathing meditation. And by talking you through every step of the way, make accessible what can otherwise be a challenging practice.
