Meet Jefa: Luz Chacon - Live Work Well
Luz Chacon has a master's degree in public health; she is a Certified Wellness Coach and is also certified as a trauma-informed Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) practitioner. She has more than 30 years of experience in the health field, 27 within the nonprofit sector, and the last six in her own business as a Wellness Coach and consultant working with individuals and organizations. Her work focuses on helping busy women break free from stuck patterns so they can have a healthier relationship with food and themselves. Luz takes a holistic approach to addressing root causes and imbalances within the body and mind, including blood sugar, gut health, chronic stress, negative self-talk, and unhealed trauma. She is known for helping people break the sugar habit. Her work with organizations focuses on nonprofit employee wellbeing programs to reduce stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
