Meet Jefa: Luisa Salcedo - The Efficiency Maven-Fractional COO 

Luisa was born in Bogotá, Colombia and now resides in Phoenix, AZ. Luisa’s lifelong fascination with streamlining processes began when she was six years old. She once messed up and was told to write "I will not repeat this error again..." about 100 times. She quickly forgot about the  mistake and became engrossed in finding the most efficient way to accomplish the task. She never thought her  passion for efficiency would lead her to build a 10,000 cu ft hot air balloon and distribute over 2B worth of inventory across the USA and multiple cities across the world. She has also coached 100 professionals, operated a start-up, and worked as an Analyst for one of Pepsi's top ten accounts.

Luisa has transitioned her decade of operational acumen into 1-1 consulting.  She started her business, the Efficiency Maven to support amazing women entrepreneurs in their operational journey, by giving her clients the tools to avoid employee turnover and costly operational clean up. 

Luisa supports her clients in three ways: 

• The COO-hour a 6 month coaching program (ideal for newly minted business owners). Go from 0 to building your SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and set up your first hire for success. 
• An operational audit-let’s take a deep dive  to assess the operational health of your business.

Luisa’s favorite role in the whole wide world is being a Tia. When she isn’t investing in her community or spending time with her family, you can find her by the pool reading a book.
