She is Reiki Master and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, is the founder of High Vibrations Energy Healing located in Boca Raton, Florida. She combines the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with Reiki to help her clients clear emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages. This helps them achieve more vitality, higher states of consciousness, more flow, less stress, and much more. She offers classes and healing sessions locally in South Florida and beyond – the possibilities are endless with the magic and science of distance healing. Rebecca is a humanitarian at heart and, in January 2022, after a 15-year career in Nonprofit Management, she left it behind to live a more aligned life and follow her passion to help people in a different way. When she is not learning, teaching, and healing, she enjoys spending time in nature and traveling with her husband and four-year-old daughter.
