Give an ear to the gritty goddess, Erika Borden! She is a retired Navy veteran who knows a thing or two about goal setting and creating a plan. After leaving the service, she founded The Gritty Coach to help business women level-up in their careers. She believes that every woman can create the life they dream of when they have clear goals and a solid plan. Erika is known for her wit and sharp tongue, but she also has a heart of gold.  She has helped countless clients break through barriers that have been preventing them from achieving their goals. Her clients have seen significant results in the first 90 days of her program, often working through just the obstacles they have been avoiding.  She truly takes on a growth mindset in positive thinking, seeing challenges instead of failures, and has the grit to guide others to do the same.
