Today we are diving into the concept of knowing the difference between HEARING and LISTENING.  Breaking the misconception of how to properly COMMUNICATE. If we don't start from the BASICS then we won't be on the SAME PAGE. It is always MENTIONED that we have to COMMUNICATE inorder to make a diffence and it starts with being able to LISTEN and not just HEAR what is being SAID.
