Jim Penman is an Australian Businessman. He is founder and CEO of the Jim’s Group.

The Jim’s Group story began in 1982 when Jim Penham founded Jim’s Mowing, a one-man gardening and lawn care business, and in 1989 Jim sold his first franchise.

Jim’s Group is now the largest franchising family in Australia and the largest franchising chain in the southern hemisphere.

What you may not know about Jim is that he earned his PhD from La Trobe University. Not only is Jim one of Australia’s most iconic entrepreneurs, he is also a respected businessman, a thought leader with global reach and influence, and Dr Penman’s mission is to improve the world around him.
