Today’s episode I’m sharing all about my personal journey from childhood to teenage years, into early adulthood, and where I’m at today.  As an obese child I turned to an eating disorder to lose weight.  Then I turned to overexercising to a tune of 2-3 hours a day for YEARS.  In my mid thirties and after 3 babies, I decided something had to change.  I was still over exercising and undereating in the “move more eat less”  approach.  I was miserable and exhausted but knew I had to make a change for my body.  I started doing the opposite of what I’ve been taught my whole life.  I worked out less, ate more, tracked my macros, and was mindful of what I was eating. After 12 weeks I had incredible results after years of being at a plateau.  From there, Burn Fat & FEAST was created and has helped thousands of women nationwide.  It was born from something I needed and what so many women need.  It's a lifestyle program that is flexible and works with our ever changing seasons of life.
