In 1991, seven-year-old Mai Ishii vanished from her home in Fukushima, Japan, despite being surrounded by family. Suspicion fell on Kazuya Tamagawa, a family associate who left the house under mysterious circumstances that night. However, his alibi was supported by witnesses, and no conclusive evidence tied him to the disappearance. The lack of physical evidence or new leads turned the case into an enduring mystery. Later, Kazuya hinted he might reveal the truth, leaving the case unsolved and surrounded by speculation.
