Pres McKissack (Jim and Linda’s son) and Nick met in Montessori school when they were three and have been friends ever since. Nick, a young investor, purchased his first investment property when he was 25 or 26 years old. He currently has five rental properties and has made over $150,000 in Keller Williams’ profit share program.
