Have you ever thought about why some people succeed in business while others don't? Experts say that only 2% of people take action on what they hear. Despite paying for seminars, courses, or other platforms where they learn what they need to do to be successful, only a tiny fraction choose to take action on what they learn.
Tim and Randy believe that this is the major difference between gym owners who they have seen succeed in their fitness business and those who have remained stuck. To effectively take action, you must be very deliberate on how you spend your time as a gym owner. You should spend time on activities that move the needle of your business forward.
When a problem presents itself within your business, you have a choice to take action towards finding a solution or do nothing. Most people who are stuck chose to do nothing. The problem with inaction is that it only exacerbates the situation - the challenges become bigger.
If you want to get unstuck, you have to take action on something. So, once you decide on the best direction for your business, run hard in that direction. That’s what successful individuals do.
