Whenever we take calls from gym owners looking for help in their business, the number one thing they think they need is more and better marketing. We hear it all the time, "If I just had more leads, then the business would do better." While having more leads and eventually clients is absolutely necessary to success, often it's not the marketing that's the problem. It's usually that the owner is running everything in the gym without a plan. The Staff is subpar. The prices and the margins on the service are too low, and there are no systems in place to cover the day-to-day operations. Marketing and more leads in a situation like that will only lead to more stress and bigger problems.
