In this episode, Tim and Randy will be joined by a special guest, Rick Mayo. Rick is the owner of Alloy Personal Training Solutions and has been a great friend and mentor to Tim. He joins Tim and Randy to talk about the concept of the “Job of the Product”, which is based on what the real job of a product or service is, and how to align a business’ marketing and customer experiences to what that job is.

Once a fitness business owner figures out the job of the product, they can integrate their business to it to ensure that they consistently fulfill their customer’s needs and grow their business. They will also discuss the fitness business in general and the current industry trends.
