In this episode, Tim and Randy will give us a broad-stroke overview of what the Built to Grow Podcast is all about, who it is they endeavor to help, and how they’ve been helping gym owners win every day by growing their fitness businesses. Winning could mean different things for different gym owners, but for Tim and Randy, they see winning for a gym owner as having a gym that operates without them while still making money and having their business supporting their lifestyle so they can have time to do what they love.

Their goal is to always deliver value to gym owners by disseminating the kind of information that they can take into their gyms and personal lives, and implement it so they can achieve their desired results. They will dive into what being a business owner should look like and it all boils down to whether one will be employed by their business or own their business. These are two different things. When one owns their business, they have the systems in place that run the business with or without their input while when they’re employed by their business, they have to be involved in all aspects of the business in order to generate revenue and make a profit.

They will also talk about the products they have available to help gym owners through the current crisis they’re facing with their gyms being shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The first one is their GPS (Growth Plan Strategy). It’s a 365 day do-it-yourself tactical marketing portal where gym owners get access to assets, funnels, Facebook ads, and basically both internal and external online and offline marketing. They then have their Client Lifestyle Automation (CLA) which is an automation system that any gym owner can plug into their gym to systematize the manual tasks, repetitive things, outreach, follow-up, engagement, email work, texts, and voicemail. Tim has figured out every possible fitness business oriented solution with the CLA. One of the things that the system does very well is that it ensures every lead is captured and followed up until it converts into an actual membership. Stay tuned as they break down more of the other ways that they can help you as a gym owner win continuously even during these dark times.
