40. Deneisha Franklin on creating opportunities in tech and building community

Deneisha Franklin is a diversity and inclusion champion and tech enthusiast. In this episode, we talk with Deneisha about creating opportunities in technology and building a community with Black Tech Columbus.

She is passionate about planning, creating, and executing solutions aimed toward disrupting the status quo and incorporating sustainable, systemic change - especially within corporate environments.

Deneisha is a founding member and Secretary of the Columbus non-profit organization, #BlackTech614, and is a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager at HubSpot. In 2019, she was named as a ComSpark Central Ohio Tech Power Player in the Rising Star category and has been recognized by The Wendy’s Company as a Community Ambassador.
