Flesh loves to praise other flesh.  Often when we think of a human, that we admire and of all the things that person has accomplished, we are nearly swept away.  Then the Holy Spirit will say to me, concerning that person who has died, "But where is that person now?"



All that matters is: "Was that person a godly person?



If you want to give something to your children, give your children an example of a godly life in Christ Jesus.



This is the greatest gift you could ever give to your children.



There is a business which can trace your ancestry and often can tell you which country your relatives lived in before coming to America.



But all that matters to me about my ancestors is this:  Were they godly people?  Did they belong to God?  Did they serve God?



This is the important thing for each of us.
