In this week’s episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with Geraud Staton, Executive Director of Helius. Geraud shares how Helius provides training and coaching for small businesses and necessity-driven entrepreneurs. They work closely with small business owners to help them earn and pay a fair living wage.The program starts with a 10-week business training program that ends with participants having a business plan and a working, 1-year strategic plan. Then, Helius students move on to a full one-year coaching program where they meet monthly with in-house coaches as well as a bevy of subject matter experts from the community who are all working with one goal in mind: to ensure our clients can create the strongest business possible, earning a fair living wage for employees and business owners alike!
