- The sixth sense is also known as our creative imagination. It is also known as the place through which ideas, plans and thoughts flash into our mind. These flashes are sometimes called hunches or inspiration.
- We have a “receiving set” of new ideas. This receiving set is called our sixth sense. The best way to tap into the sixth sense is through mediation and mind development.
- Psychology today says, “Meditation is a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness. Its purpose is often to curb reactivity to one's negative thoughts and feelings, which, though they may be disturbing and upsetting and hijack attention from moment to moment, are invariably fleeting.”
