There are two ways to create a new belief. One way is “Repetition over time.” We can build new “habit muscles” by continually doing the same thing time after time until your body starts doing it on autopilot. But even on autopilot - there still has to be a programmer to recalculate and adjust course. The second way to create a new belief is through a Sudden Emotional Event.
