The heroic quest is about saying yes to yourself and your purpose. When we do this, we feel more alive and are more effective in the world. The hero’s journey is about finding the treasure of your true self and then returning to give your gift to help transform others and in that process we also end up transforming our own lives. The complete Journey consists of three stages: Preparation, Journey, and Return. There are dangers and pitfalls as well as rewards along the way.
