Attitude is a way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.
Our Attitude (our thoughts) about something creates feelings (good or bad) and those feelings determine what actions we take. Ultimately, those actions give us our results.
If we want to change our results, all we need to do is change our thinking. Once we change our thinking, it will create different feelings which allow us to choose different actions that give us different results.
