In my time as a speech language pathologist, I have seen many concussions—not just that, I've seen them in my own family as well. I'm no doctor, but since I've seen this many times, I'm going to go through some myths and misconceptions about ways to treat concussions, the typical symptoms, and the best ways to help someone who has had it happen to them.
