Kevin Oneil is the CEO- Destiny Water Adventures. In 2008 in Detroit, Michigan, Kevin was a plumber's apprentice  who lost his job and had no other prospects he was offered a job working on boats in Key West, Florida from a friend  who had moved to the area.  From there, after 10 years of building up sales and marketing and being promoted to para-sail captain, Kevin and his family took a vacation to the Fort Walton Beach/Destin Area, fell in love and moved there from Key West to start Destiny Water Adventures 

We cover in this episode sales and marketing, building a healthy culture among employees, creating mentorship for your employees and what it means to be the captain of your life.
