In this episode I discuss many of the highlights from Austin Rutherford's book Get Free Houses. Austin is a young real estate guru who has amassed a real estate portfolio of over $15 million dollars without using his own money.

Austin uses what many call the BRRR method to evaluate and purchase properties. He uses private money lenders to purchase and renovate properties which he then refinances through the bank leaving him with 25% equity in a house that he used none of his own money.

Austin is also a real estate coach with programs available on his website.
