In this episode I discuss some of the highlights from Ken McElroy's book the ABCs of Real Estate Investing. Ken lays out a very good plan and details the why behind every step to help any investor improve their plan for researching markets, analyzing properties, coming up with and making an offer and then effectively managing a new property.

Ken is and his team have over $1 billion in real estate under management and have found exceptional wealth and financial freedom in the strategies laid out in this book. As an investor myself I have been able to use some of the strategies in this book to increase my own wealth and now feel better equipped to take my game to the next level.
