1. Shifts are not always sharp. Shifts come in all shapes and sizes. Some may be big and life-changing. Others may be softer with what seems a small impact, but it has a greater impact than one would think. All shifts you will make are going to align and take you to one destination. Making shifts take time and that’s okay!
2. It’s never a lack of resources - it’s always a lack of resourcefulness. Most people in business think they are selling to the wrong people and that they need to go find people who have money. But that’s never always the right answer. Your story connects with people's hearts, not their money. Being able to understand the right avatar and share the same values as them.
3. People are out there paying for things. There is a market out there to sell to. Stop using the excuse that no one will pay for your service because 99% of the time you are wrong and there is a group of people willing to pay for what you know. 
4. Fear is the number one thing that holds women back from making money. The idea that money is for men is an idea that our society has created and engraved into us at a young age. Also a lack of access to the resources in order to make the changes needed to make the big money. Knowledge, access, and community.
