We talk about some of our adventures at the Osh Kosh Airventure event and how pilots take responsibility for their airplane, their passengers, and their life. This shows in how they act and take care of things around them. If you want more out of your life, you need to be congruent and take responsibility. When problems come up, you may need to keep in mind what the other person's perspective may be. Life doesn't always work smoothly and problems can occur. You can place blame on others or you can look at what your part was and learn from any mistakes. We also talk about terrible and great negotiating techniques because how you communicate will make a difference!
