  • The recent stock market crash has been tied to Trump’s Tariff Wars, but it’s not quite as simple as it seems at first glance.
  • I hate seeing politicians pass yet another Continuing Resolution (CR) instead of doing the right thing for Americans and finally passing a balanced budget.
  • Looks like the antisemitic universities who have repeatedly allowed pro-Palestine protests may finally get their day of reckoning – and I am absolutely here for it.
  • The attacks on DOGE are baffling to me. The American people are overtaxed and underserved, at every level of government. We should be celebrating the Day of Reckoning for big government.
  • I normally don’t love mergers, but Rocket Mortgage is acquiring Redfin for a relatively small amount of money and is doing an all-stock transaction. So, I really can’t complain too much.
  • Walgreens is going private, and while that might not make much of a difference for consumers, it might mean that locations will be further reduced, or other profit-increasing inconveniences might be implemented.
  • The number of unsold new homes is surging in previously hot markets, such as Texas and other Sunbelt states. This might be spelling trouble for the real estate market.
  • While his position on vaccines tends to give me heartburn, I am absolutely thrilled that RFK Jr. is calling on the food industry to get rid of artificial food dyes. It’s time to get these poisons away from consumable goods.
  • Liberal vandals are lashing out at Tesla to protest Elon Musk. It’s not clear whether they’re too corrupt to want to stop government waste, or too dumb to realize Musk couldn’t actually cut any jobs if he wanted to.
  • Michael Hingson’s escape from the World Trade Center on 9/11 changed the trajectory of his life. Learn how he went from selling tech to selling life on Saving America!
  • The USA has announced it will FINALLY diversity its assets in the Pacific to make it harder to hit multiple targets at once. Gee, I wish our military history had any guidance to offer us … *cough* Pearl Harbor *cough*
  • The FTC has announced a crackdown on fake reviews. This includes everything from AI reviews and fake social media accounts to restricting insider and paid reviews.
  • Chinese hackers have stolen information from U.S. broadband providers that was intended for court-authorized wiretapping. We MUST do better at hardening our digital security and computer infrastructure.
  • Following the bankruptcy filing of their parent company, Franchise Inc., American Freight will close all its locations. For now, the Vitamin Shoppe, Pet Supplies Plus, and Buddy’s Home Furnishings remain open.
  • In the latest insanity from New York City, they’ve just prosecuted a former marine for defending a subway car full of passengers from a crazed person with a long criminal record.
  • A weather man from Atlanta, Georgia rescued a panicking woman in a flooded car during a live broadcast. Bob van Dillen is saving America.
  • Over 500K people have filed claims for health issues potentially caused by their exposure to contaminated water at the Camp LeJeune Marine training base in North Carolina – though the pool of eligible claimants is worryingly broad.
  • An interesting ruling on a Maryland state law prohibiting assault weapons has the potential to be the flashpoint of the next 2nd amendment showdown at the Supreme Court.
  • Eric Wohlwend from the Real Power Family stopped by this week, and we had a chat about how losing a series of jobs brought him massive success, his book “Family Success Triangle”, and the Real Power Family Radio Show.
  • The USA has approved a $2B arms sale to Taiwan – and the CCP is not exactly dancing for joy about it.
  • A new Oregon state law REQUIRES that insurance companies cover transgender care for children, or risk losing their licenses. Everyone who has health insurance is being forced to pay for this serious affront to sensibility!
