Gina Gardiner & Friends with Bianca Robinson

Bianca is an experienced leader, social justice champion and award winning change-agent. Through her work as the CEO of CEO Sleepout UK, Bianca's mission is to inspire and challenge business leaders across the UK to embed practices that create measurable social value, strengthening communities and the very fabric of society.

Bianca has brought her keynotes to business leaders in over 20 cities and towns, delivering over 90 talks in venues such as WBS at the Shard, the Long Room at Lord's Cricket Ground, The RAC Club, and The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) over the last 7 years.

Hailing from New Zealand, Bianca has lived in Saltburn, on a cliff top overlooking the North Sea since 2002. She brings a unique perspective on the role of SMEs to address inequalities and shape society, as the largest power-base in the UK.

She believes it's time to measure success differently - in terms of the triple bottom line, ensuring that people and the planet are given the same consideration as the imperative to make profit.

Together, working with intention, Bianca believes the business community can move mountains, and change the face of society here in the UK.
