I've been reflecting on my life recently and many of you don't know my past life of bodybuilding and competing. Yes, it's true I was IFBB Pro but I since can't look at most of those photos. Competing is by its very nature body dysmorphia and in this new season of motherhood, it's easy to want to compare my body then to mine now. That's so unfair though so today's episode is a reminder to love your body in the now and love yourself in the now.
