In this episode, we’re talking about rejection. I get it, rejection is hard and it’s something we face almost on a daily basis. But think about it. Would you be doing what you’re doing if you hadn’t been rejected in something else? For me, I know I wouldn’t be as passionate about fitness and bodybuilding if I hadn’t been rejected from a volleyball team. While I know it’s difficult at the moment, I encourage you to think about rejection as redirection. Even more, if you had gotten what you wanted in the moment you wanted it, were you truly ready for it? We are diving into all of this and more so keep listening!
