If something is worth doing, then it is worth doing the required paperwork. Every artistic endeavor has bureaucratic time requirements directly proportional to the amount of time spent on creating the project. I hate jumping through regulatory hoops but I love registering my work. The paperwork makes it all valid and substantial. Paperwork makes the world go around.
