Bonus: Reconciliation Available to All With or Without the Evangelical Gospel

God is not dependent upon weak and sinful men to carry out the message of reconciliation to all the world. Scripture teaches us that God does not leave himself without a witness and that witness is in the ceration and in the conscience of men.
